Inaugural Prayer Breakfast plants seeds for annual gathering

The Vocation Fund's inaugural prayer breakfast, held at Big Spring Country Club in Louisville on June 29, gathered local Catholics to learn more about the challenges of educational debt to religious vocations. The Record, the Catholic paper of Central Kentucky, reported on highlights from the gathering, including the presence of Father Martin Linebach, the Archdiocese of Louisville’s newly-appointed vicar for vocations; a video message from Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre, and presentation and appeal by Fund Board Chair Fr. Anthony Vinson, O.S.B., from the Archabbey of St. Meinrad, and Phil Loftus, Vocation Fund Executive Director. Read more here.
